It oversees major research programs such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cereal Crops Research Program, Pulse, Oil and Fiber Crops Research Program, <em>Enset<\/em> Research Program, Root and Tuber Crops Research Program, Fruit and Vegetable Crops research Program, Coffee, Spices and Tea Crops Research Program, Food Science and Post-Harvest Handling Program, Crop Protection Program and Breeder and Nucleus Seed Production Programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These programs manage diverse projects that have established to tackle regional crop production issues.
